Please read the following license agreement.

This Software license agreement is a legal agreement between JophinK ("Licensor") and you ("you" or the "Licensee"), who is being licensed to use the CopyTexty (Software).

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to them, do not install, access or use the software. If you continue using the software, then you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this license.
1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and payment of all applicable fees, JophinK hereby grants to you, as Licensee, a limited non-exclusive and, except as set forth in this agreement, a non-assignable and non-transferable, right to install and use the Software.

2. JophinK may have patents or pending patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering the Software. You have not been granted any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

3. All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animation, video, audio, music, text, and "applets," incorporated into the Software), are owned by JophinK.

4. For Third Party content, all ownership rights are reserved and remain with such third parties. You agree that such third parties may enforce their rights against you directly in their own name. JophinK will not be liable for your failure to comply with license agreement applicable to your use of any Third Party contents.

5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JophinK or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if JophinK has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. You must comply with any technical limitations in the Software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.

7. You agree to defend and indemnify JophinK and hold JophinK harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Licensee's business operations.

8. You may not modify, recompile, disassemble, and otherwise reverse engineer the Software.

9. The Software setup, may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software and also should not charge a fee for distribution of this Software. You may also not sublicense this Software.

10. You may make backup copy of this Software on any media for archive purpose.

11. If applicable you may have to register for using the Software. For Registrations you must complete the online registration form. Your rights to use Software will be limited as per the type of registration applied. After the expiration of any registration period, most features of the Software will stop running. Registration key and other depended information should not be shared or made public or broadcast in any form.

12. Links to third party web sites are provided solely as a convenience to you. JophinK does not review or control these third party sites and does not endorse or make any representations about them. 14. JophinK reserves full rights to terminate this License Agreement and Licensee's right to use this Software upon any material breach by Licensee.

15. CopyTexty and all associated logos and designs are trademarks of JophinK. All other third party brands, trademarks, copyrights and logos that have been referred are property of their respective owners
